Return & Refund Policy

General Rules

  • Items can be returned or exchanged only within the specified time frame from the date of purchase.

  • Certain products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

    • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear

    • Fashion accessories (handbags, jewellery, watches, cosmetics)

    • Gift cards & e-gift cards

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact, and must not show any physical damage.

  • Discounted items are non-exchangeable.

Online Purchases

  • Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the original purchase date at any Girlsmart store.

  • Refunds are not provided for online purchases.

  • Defective or incorrect items can be returned for an exchange or store credit at a Girlsmart store.

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the original purchase date following the same conditions as above.

  • Cash refunds or credit card reversals are not available.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel an order, email info@girlsmart.lk with your order details.

Girlsmart.lk reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified, and any applicable prepaid amounts will be refunded within a reasonable time.
