Refunds & Cancellations
Strictly no refunds — no cash refunds or credit back to credit/debit cards.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer.
All original tags must be attached, and the receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Products can be exchanged at any Girlsmart retail store, provided all exchange conditions are met.
For gifts, please ensure the invoice number is written on the Girlsmart tag.
Discounted Items
Discounted items cannot be exchanged again.
Final Sale Items
The following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Undergarments
Fashion accessories (handbags, jewellery, watches, and cosmetics)
Swimwear
Gift cards & e-gift cards
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please visit any Girlsmart Store (e.g., Colombo, Kandy, Galle, or Jaffna) for an exchange or store credit.

🚫 Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from Girlsmart.lk.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please email info@girlsmart.lk with your order details.
Girlsmart.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if circumstances require. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and if applicable, any prepaid amount will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.
