Local Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery for all accepted orders is handled through trusted third-party courier partners. Depending on your location, it usually takes 3–4 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
For remote areas such as the North and North-East provinces, delivery may take a bit longer depending on courier partner turnaround times.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from our warehouse. However, during special promotions or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Since last-mile delivery is managed by third-party courier services, we continuously coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery. In rare cases of unexpected delay beyond our control, we will process a refund for prepaid orders if required.

You can pay online, deposit cash, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD)

International Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
International orders typically take 14–18 working days, depending on your delivery address.
All international parcels are fully tracked, and once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch (not the order date) and may vary due to customs clearance, invalid addresses, or other external factors.
